From the elegant Esturgeon you can look out over the plantation and the botanic garden, surrounding by the impressive mountains of the Bernese Alps.
We serve you gourmet menus as well as caviar and sturgeon dishes. In either case, a delicacy of a very special type awaits you here. We also offer non-fish dishes.
We will also be happy to welcome you to the Esturgeon as a guest without visiting the exhibition. The whole facility is wheelchair accessible.
