Let yourself be tempted to visit an exotic tropical oasis in the heart of the Bernese Oberland
From the elegant Esturgeon you can look out over the plantation and the botanic garden, surrounding by the impressive mountains of the Bernese Alps.
We serve you gourmet menus as well as caviar and sturgeon dishes. In either case, a delicacy of a very special type awaits you here. We also offer non-fish dishes.
We will also be happy to welcome you to the Esturgeon as a guest without visiting the exhibition:

Our rooms are optimally suitable for Banquets / Events, and we will be happy to advise you.

The exhibition is open until 6.00 p.m., with the last entry being sold at 5.00 p.m.
Opening hours - from 1st april 2010 daily open
1st April 2010 to the 31th October 2010
Daily, Monday to sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (restaurant mon-sat with warm food up to 9.30 p.m., bar to 11.00 p.m.)
From the 1st November 2010: tuesday to sunday 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (restaurant with warm food 11.30 a.m. to 14.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to
9.30 p.m., bar to 11.00 p.m.)
Please notice reduced opening hours for reserved groups.
Reservations are also possible outside these times for groups of 20 persons or more.
